Golf Club Padova
GGolf Club Padova is located just a 20 minute drive from the centre of Padova (reputedly the oldest city in Northern Italy) and is nestled between the Euganean Hills, famous for their stunning beauty and hot springs, making it a unique place to play golf. Golf Club Padova is the oldest course in Padova, it opened in 1962 originally as an 18-hole track and has matured into a fine specimen. The brains behind the design was Commander John Harris, a civil engineer, who turned his hand to golf course design and was England’s leading and most travelled golf course designer of the time. The course comprises of three excellently maintained, individual and contrasting 9-hole loops (a third was added in 2003), located at the foot of the Euganean Hills they reside in a relatively flat terrain which is both peaceful and relaxing.
